bootswave combines soccer product knowledge with a manufacturing process buyers can discuss in practical detail: fit, materials, construction, outsole choice, testing, packaging, and the next production step.

Company introduction
bootswave is a soccer-footwear and teamwear supplier based in Putian, Fujian. The region has a long footwear-manufacturing history, giving our team direct access to specialized shoe components, sample development, lasting operations, outsole programs, and production support.
Our work is organized around the choices that change a boot’s fit and performance. Buyers can start with the intended playing surface, then review the shoe last, upper construction, lining, midsole, outsole, color direction, branding, sizing, packaging, and target market.

Fit and outsole engineering
A soccer boot begins with the shoe last. Our product manual documents a database of 50 refined last profiles developed around different foot-arch and regional fit preferences. This allows fit conversations to move beyond a generic size chart and toward forefoot shape, instep volume, heel hold, and intended player profile.
Outsole choice follows the same logic. FG, AG, SG, and TF are not interchangeable labels. Stud layout, material, traction pattern, and surface contact must match the intended pitch and training environment before a product program can be defined.

Material selection
Material selection affects the feel, weight, support, durability, and price direction of a soccer boot. We use the product brief to review functional material options instead of treating every upper or sole as the same.
Microfiber, knit constructions, and leather options can be discussed according to touch, support, weight, and styling requirements.
High-rebound EVA, carbon-fiber plate, and Pebax options support different cushioning, responsiveness, and structure targets.
TPU, rubber, and nylon outsole options are reviewed alongside the required stud pattern and playing surface.
Construction controls
Each stage is designed to control fit, support, bond quality, and consistency before a pair reaches final inspection.

Toe caps, lace areas, lining, and support zones are formed around the product pattern. Hot-melt bonding can replace friction-prone stitching in targeted areas.
Automated air-pressure alignment is used to position the upper, midsole, and outsole in a controlled three-dimensional assembly process.
The documented process uses a 50°C tunnel for 90 minutes to cure adhesive and support the upper-to-sole bond.
Peel-strength testing is used as a release point. The process target documented for the bond test is greater than 4.2 N/mm.
Quality and performance
Quality control is not only a final visual check. The manual sets out performance checks intended to assess traction behavior, bond reliability, and resistance under demanding heat and humidity conditions.

Product manual testing specifies 90% relative humidity for 48 hours.

Development support
Our in-house development room is organized around seven soccer-footwear professionals: one color designer, two product designers, two pattern makers, and two quality inspectors. Together, these roles connect product concept, color matching, sample revision, pattern conversion, mass-production follow-up, and testing.
Since 2010, the product manual records custom football-shoe projects for more than 80 clients in markets including Spain, the United Kingdom, Argentina, and Brazil. For every new project, we begin by aligning the expected buyer, field use, fit direction, commercial target, and approval process.
